INTRODUCTION
To facilitate project management within the field of Information and Communications Technology (ICT), projects are divided into the following phases: viability analysis, design, construction, testing and implementation.
A Project Management Office (PMO) is a unit formed within an organisation to coordinate the management of ICT projects under its responsibility.
