Data Management

The Applus+ InSite solution provides a central database for the storage of all information related to an operator’s asset integrity management programme. This system allows users to search for inspection records, manage compliance, define workflows and manage the storage of data. The InSite solution also enables operators to put in place proactive maintenance plans and to efficiently manage their asset, corrosion and inspection records. All InSite modules feed into the Applus+ risk-based inspection (RBI) programme, which eliminates the need for a variety of different applications to achieve a comprehensive analysis of asset integrity. The InSite data-collection and inspection-management solution is both electronic and portable and can support clients with integrity initiatives such as:
  • Risk-based inspection
  • Inspection recording and analysis
  • Programming of inspections and shutdowns
